After, 1-loss Ohio State topped undefeated Penn State last week, in a would-be pre-playoff qualifier, both team’s loss this week.

Penn State loss a close one to Michigan State, 27-24, effectively knocking the Nittney Lions out of the race. You would think that would have been the biggest surprise of the evening, right? No. Ohio State would line up against the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Hawkeyes came into the game un-ranked, but very strong. Iowa has always been an under-the-radar type of program. The Hawkeyes were 1 tip pass away from defeating, at the time undefeated, Penn State. But that’s weeks ago, and so we move-on into the season.
