The Argos could contribute the slow start due to an injury to starting quarterback Mike Beaudry mid-way through the 1st. Backup quarterback and Georgia transfer Sam Vaughn would come into the game to lead the Argos. After getting a few of the jitters out, Vaughn would go on to light up the sky in the second half, with 17-29 for 218 yards passing and 1 touchdown (Stats via GoArge.com). He also ran for a little as well.

All-in-all, the Argos pulled out the first win of the 2018 season. The Argos are nowhere near perfect, but they are on their way.
