Oklahoma avenges only loss

The Red River Rivalry part 2. In most cases, we only get to see big rivalry games once a year, but the BIG 12 Championship turned out to be a rematch of one of the biggest rivalries in college football.

In the first meeting, Texas took the victory 48-45 in a high scoring game. Neither defense could stop a snail from scoring on them, but Texas offense would make score a little more than Oklahoma to pull off the upset. Texas would go on to lose two more games after that victory over Oklahoma, but the Sooners would rebound after that loss.

Now for part 2, Texas comes in with the better defense, but Oklahoma offense has been explosive. Two of the biggest schools in college football with two of the best young head coaches

The Heisman Trophy candidate, Kyler Murray, played phenomenal  with 379 yards passing and 3 touchdown. He used his legs sparingly for 39 yards on the ground.

Now Oklahoma is in the driver seat for the next opening in the College Football Playoffs.
