Mike McCarthy Fired by the Packers

After a dismal 2018 season, and unaccomplished goals of the past 5 years, the Packers have decided to fire Mike McCarthy mid-season. The Packers were hoping to finish the regular season with at least a chance to get into the playoffs, but after losing to the Arizona Cardinals, the Packers leaders have decide to part ways with the head coach.

Mike McCarthy has been on the hot seat for awhile now after a few poor seasons and bad moves in the off-season. McCarthy has one of the best quarterbacks of all time on his roster, and he has not been able to get the team back to the Super Bowl.

Aaron Rodgers was injured last season, and the wholes in the teams structure started to show. The receivers were bad, the defense was bad, and the trades and pick ups in the off-season went nowhere. The Packers will have to find a coach who can help Aaron Rodgers get the Packers back to the Super bowl.

It tough to call Rodgers an all-time great when he has only 1-ring. The Packers are 4-7, third in their division, and on a three game losing streak. The Packers are nowhere near the level they were when they won the 2011. Super bowl.

Mike Finish his career with the Packers with 125-76-2 overall record and a 10-8 playoff record with 1 Super Bowl.
