Recruiting Profile: 2021 QB Jacory Jordan (Trinity Christian Academy)

We’ve become accustom to seeing Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, FL develop players at multiple positions. They actually had a player represented in the first ever Under Armour All-American Game in former Clemson and Tennessee Titan Jamie Harper. He went on to play in the NFL for a few seasons. But this recruiting profile is on one of the most talented QBs in North Florida, Jacory Jordan.

Jacory Jordan comes in at 6’4 180 lbs and is apart of the 2021 recruiting class. The rising junior, Jacory Jordan holds a few offers which include FIU, Western Kentucky, and even Valdosta State. Jordan will get more offers as the year goes on and into his senior season.

He had an amazing year under center with the help of his great offensive line. Jordan was 148 of 252 for 2385 yards and 27 touchdowns. The most important stat to me is that with all of those passing attempts, he only had 6 interceptions. That stat alone shows he make great decisions with the ball.

Jordan has great accuracy with a quick zip on the ball. In today’s game, accuracy and a quick release will not only move the ball quicker, but will prolong a quarterbacks career; just look at Tom Brady. I also enjoyed watching the routes his receivers were asked to run, giving Jordan different looks. The complexity of the Trinity offensive playbook shows how hard he studies to be prepared for Friday nights.

Jacory is also a product of the 6 Point quarterback development organization in Jacksonville. That organization helps develop a quarterback’s physical abilities like foot work and ball placement, while teaching the quarterbacks to trust what they see.

He is truly a talented recruit who is being polished at the quarterback position. Like previously stated, Jordan will get more offers, and should be one of the best quarterbacks in the country once the 2021 recruiting class rankings come out.
