The United States #1 sport league is taking its talents to Germany for the weekend. The Seattle Seahawks takes on Tampa Bay Buccaneers Munich, Germany.
The matchup will be the first time two divisional leading teams will face each other international. This is not the first time the league has sent teams over to Europe to play this season. This will be the fourth NFL game played international. Ultimately, 5 games will be played in total.
Furthermore, the NFL is making an effort to bring more awareness to the league and the sport overall. There’s been many camps this year hosted internationally to grow the sport’s popularity.

Seattle Seahawks
As for the teams, Seattle is in a great spot at the moment at 6-3 and a 4-game active win streak. Earlier in the season, it looked like this might be a rebuilding year with the loss of franchise quarterback Russell Wilson. However, former 2nd round pick quarterback Geno Smith has the Seahawks in first place in the NFC West.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
After another game winning drive by Tom Brady, the Bucs are in 1st place in the NFC South. Although, a 4-5 record is nothing to be proud about. However, this year’s Bucs have dealt with multiple injuries at key spots which makes the 4 wins a little more impressive.
Excluding any additional off the field distractions, the Bucs are prime to make a run to the playoffs again. This international game against the Seahawks is very important for this team to build momentum.
Prediction:
Seattle: 20
Tampa: 24
